Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures continuously carries out the activities through which both to the expert and the general public are being presented its positions deriving from the decisions taken by this authority when deciding in the procedures of protection of rights. These activities, аpart from publishing of the decisions on the web-site of the Republic Commission and on the Public Procurement Portal, in the last five years also encompasses regular issues of the “Bulletin of the case law” of the Republic Commission.

As a follow-up to the implementation of the activities in line with recommendations of the SIGMA initiative, аnd thank to the Mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to the Republic of Serbia and the Development Programme of UN (UNDP) within the project “Accelerating Accountability Mechanisms in Public Finances”, whose beneficiary the Republic Commission was, the “Bulletin of the case law” No. 8-9/2018, with the topic “Most frequent cases of ineffective challenging of contracting authorities’ actions in public procurement procedures, presented as examples from case law of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures”, has been prepared and published.

Taking into account that the topic of the Bulletin was particularly observed also from the point of view of the interested persons and bidders, and thus appreciating and encouraging wider competition in public procurement procedures, this issue of the Bulletin has been prepared and published in English language as well.
