In the context of acceleration of cooperation with Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, the SIGMA/OECD initiative organised the workshop devoted to use of the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions (so called PRAG rules).The event was held on 22 May 2018 in the “Metropol Palace“ hotel in Belgrade and it was attended by Members and employees of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.
Erika Bozzay, senior adviser for public procurement, addressed the participants by an introductory speech, on behalf of the SIGMA/OECD initiative.
Ms Ivanina Beleva, SIGMA expert, was talking about practical aspects related to use of the PRAG rules (legal framework, types of procedures, value limits/ thresholds, evaluation of bids, remedies etc.)
