Implemented projects 

  • Accelerating Accountability Mechanisms in Public Finances“ (July 2016 – July 2018). This project was being implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Apart from the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, the partners in the project were: State Audit Institution, Ministry of finance, Public Procurement Office, Judicial Academy and Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM).
  • Enhancing the system of protection of rights in public procurement in Serbia“. This project of technical assistance to the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures was being conducted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (ЕBRD). The project was financed by the Government of Great Britain and contained two components, where value of the component dedicated to the Republic Commission was 130.000 EUR. The project’s goal was to improve protection of rights in public procurement procedures on the Western Balkans region level, as well as providing support to the bidders in Republic of Serbia and other countries in the region. (duration: April 2017- April 2018.).
  • Fostering of Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures in the Republic of Serbia“(started on 22 January 2016, and finished on 23 September 2016). Partner institution on this project was the National Review Commission of Republic of Slovenia. Main goal of this IPA Twinning light project was to give a contribution to improvement of the system of protection of rights in public procurement procedures in the Republic of Serbia, strengthening of the administrative capacities of the Republic Commission and advancing and harmonization of legislation with EU acquis communautaire and best practices from the subject field, as well;
  • “Advancing Accountability Mechanisms in Public Finances“ (1 January 2014 – 31 December 2015) This project was being implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and was financially supported by the Swedish government. Apart from the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, the partners in the project were: State Audit Institution, Ministry of Finance – Department for internal control and internal audit, Public Procurement Office, Judicial Academy and Standing conference of towns and municipalities – The Union of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia (SCTM).
