Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures supported by OSCE Mission in Belgrade has published the second and the third bulletin of legal practice of Republic Commission, containing the analysis of certain legal provisions and comparative legal practice, prepared in cooperation with United Nations Development Project (UNDP), within the project „Advancing Accountability Mechanisms in Public Finances” and, as well, in cooperation with SIGMA program.
