Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, within the United Nations Development Project (UNDP) “Advancing Accountability Mechanisms in Public Finances”, has published the compilation of the selected decisions of Republic Commission, State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedure of Republic of Croatia and National Review Commission for Reviewing Public Procurement Procedures of Republic of Slovenia, containing the specific decisions of these institutions related to the chosen topics.
The compilation of the selected decisions titled “Comparative – Legal Practice in the Field of Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures” presents the continuation of the cooperation regarding decisions made and legal positions, experience sharing, sharing of expert opinions and knowledge on characteristic legal issues relevant for the work and efficient carrying out of the legally prescribed authorities of the institutions, whose main authority is to provide legal protection in public procurement procedures as set up by national legislation.
This compilation is aimed at getting an insight in comparative – legal practice when it comes to carrying out the authorities as prescribed by law, which contributes to the better and more efficient legal protection of the participants in the process of public procurement, and also to the improvement of the public procurement system.
