Representatives of Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures took part at the two day meeting on public procurement organized by OSCE Mission in Vrdnik on June 22nd and 23rd 2015.

Issues related to the applying of Public Procurement Law, the most common irregularities in public procurement procedures and efficient coordination and cooperation of relevant institutions, aimed at decreasing the irregularities in the field through establishing of common positions for giving the opinions on legal institutions within Public Procurement Law, have been discussed at the meeting. Besides the representatives of Republic Commission, representatives of State Audit Institution, Public Procurement Office and Ministry of Finance – Budgetary Inspection Department also attended the meeting.
